“I’m the personal maid of Her Highness. I’m just a maid.” (Chloe)
Each of us greeted her, but the Eculate seemed bewildered by the variety and complexity of our titles. She held her mouth and mumbled, “I wonder if I can remember…”
I don’t need her to remember all the titles, but I hope she can at least remember our names.
